Updated Vendor Information

Our application deadline was October 1st, but we have a couple spots still open.

We're especially looking for a bath products vendor. We also could possibly fit in candle products and sewing creations. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any more jewelry artists.

As always, your creations must be hand made by you. If you feel you have something unique to offer, please feel free to contact us at bakersacresbazaar@gmail.com. We'd love to hear from you and try to respond as promptly as possible.

2007 INFORMATION SHEET

WELCOME VENDORS

We are looking for vendors for our 4th annual holiday bazaar. We are committed to a quality hand-crafted show of local
artisans and will make every attempt to prevent duplication of crafts. We are looking for craft items handmade by YOU.

This year, we are EXPANDING our bazaar to Thursday, Friday and Saturday. November 15 – 17, 2007. THREE days of fantastic sales!

Vendors will bring merchandise Wednesday night between 4-7 pm to help set up your items. Unsold items must be picked up Saturday evening before 7 pm.

Signage helps sell your crafts. Feel free to make signs detailing your items and bring them during setup. We will make every effort to use them to enhance your display. If you have a special display unit for your crafts, please bring it.

Each individual craft item must be priced with string tags with prices in 25-cent increments (no $1.99, but $2.00 or $1.75). No sticky tags. This is a boutique-style bazaar so not all of your items will be displayed together.


Vendor Fees: A $35 non-refundable vendor fee plus a separate $50 refundable deposit returned upon completion of four (4) volunteer hours at the bazaar. Payment of vendor fee plus separate deposit are due with application. (All non-accepted applications will be refunded.)

In return, we will promote your Crafts and Art via newspaper ads, flyers, signage, postcards, press releases and the internet. As always, the best advertising is word of mouth by you, our vendors. Flyers and postcards are available for you to send out to family, friends, and neighbors. Ask for more. The more you send out, the more people will attend the bazaar.

DIRECTIONS: Canby 99E, turn south on Ivy St. (Hwy 170). Go about 2.5 miles (over Molalla River Bridge) to Vale Garden Rd. Turn right. Go approximately ½-mile to 8245 S. Vale Garden Road. Turn right at Bakers Acres sign.

SHOW HOURS: Thurs, Fri, Sat, November 15th ,16th & 17 th, 2007 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
